REFUND POLICY

Natures Flava Group LLC

No Refunds on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our food and nutritional supplement products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any food items purchased from Natures Flava Group LLC.

This policy is established in accordance with Florida Statute § 501.142(2), which exempts the sale of food and perishable goods from standard refund requirements.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns:

  • Food safety and quality standards prohibit us from reselling consumable products once they have left our facility
  • Perishable goods cannot be verified as uncontaminated or properly stored after shipment
  • Florida law recognizes that food items are exempt from typical return policies due to health and safety concerns

Product Quality Guarantee: While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturesflavagroup.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, which may include replacement at our discretion.

TERMS OF SALE

Natures Flava Group (NFG) is an online seller or service of digital products/services (“NFG”) provided through Natures Flava Group LLC (Box 953394, Lake Mary FL 32795) in Europe, and in countries outside of Europe (in each case, as applicable) that provides Customers with both the opportunity, by way of grant of license, to secure access to Digital Content and the means and platform to consume content, inclusive of Digital Content.

We have a no return policy, which means that IF a digital product/service has been accessed or downloaded or opened, it is considered to be an "open item" and is non-refundable.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Digital Content from NFG for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Digital Content.

Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital products/services..

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

NFG accepts credit cards. When a credit card is being used for a purchase, NFG may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Except as otherwise set out herein, billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase, or shortly thereafter.

NFG accepts the following payment cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Depending on the country in which you are making your purchase, the following payment methods may also be available: American Express, Visa Debit, PayPal, iDeal, JCB and Orange.

Please note that credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.

For Customers who have subscribed to an Orange offer, the Orange Terms of Sale are also applicable to that specific offer.
